Conceptual Design

Client: Brink’s offers security-related services for banks, retailers, and a variety of other commercial and governmental customers. The Company also provides armored car transportation, money processing, long-distance transport of valuables, vaulting, and other value-added solutions.

Overview: The client needed a simple, easy-to-use portal that provides a secure one-stop shop for its customers.

Solution: Created a solution that reduced the cost of doing business by providing self-service capabilities to customers and thus decreasing calls to the customer support center. Improved the overall user experience by updating the UI and providing a common look and feel across multiple applications. Provided the groundwork for additional BI and reporting capabilities and new products/services.
