Overview: Sales of this recruiting product were dropping and previous overambitious attempts to improve the product line were not successful. Job applicants were not happy with the lack of transparency once they applied for a position and application drop-off rates were high for some customers.

Solution: Reimagined the external career site by using a user-centered design approach and interviewed dozens of job seekers to understand specifically how they use an organization’s job search and filtering criteria.
