Overview: One cause of the Great Resignation, also known as the Big Quit and the Great Reshuffle, which led to employees voluntarily resigning from their jobs en masse beginning in early 2021 in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, was employees not fully understanding their total rewards package.
Solution: Worked with product managers, engineers, and customers to design a new module from the ground up, Total Rewards. This module was meant to help employers attract, motivate, and retain employees.
